ACONP President: Thomas Laton, D.O., MBA, FACN
Thomas Laton, D.O., MBA, FACN is the current President (October 2025-September 2026) of the American College of Osteopathic Neurologists and Psychiatrists. He is Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, LECOM, responsible for Problem Based Learning Pathway. He previously served as the Physician Lead - Center for Behavioral Health at VA Butler Healthcare Center in Butler, PA. He was previously affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he served in various clinical and medical administrative roles. Dr. Laton received his D.O. degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency training in Psychiatry at Norristown State Hospital, PA. He is board certified in psychiatry and has lectured extensively for the ACONP.
